great staff but not a perfect stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ames especially went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and offered a place for our parents to freshen up before leaving.
The cleanliness of the common areas did not meet my expectations.

We had an amazing 3-night stay where the staff went above and beyond, especially when they let our parents store their bags and take a shower before heading home. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for us to unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the relaxing vibe. The shared bathroom could get busy, but it didn’t really dampen our trip at all! 🍷

Perfect Location with Great Breakfast
The location is fantastic, just minutes from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the castle, and the variety of food was impressive, from fresh fruits to hot options. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, which affected the overall peace.

The location couldn't be more prime, right in the heart of Old Town with a lively mix of bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Rooms feature modern refurbishments with small balconies that offer views of a nearby church, adding a nice touch to the stay.
However, the bathroom layout fell short, with a shower that lacked a proper enclosure, causing water to splash out and drench the toilet paper holder—definitely an inconvenience. The breakfast offered started late at 8 AM, making it impossible for early risers needing to catch flights. Additionally, the cleanliness in public areas was not up to par, as I noticed some dust in the restrooms, which didn’t exactly scream ‘well-kept’. The room's actual dimensions were much smaller than the photos suggested, and the bathroom door didn't close properly.

Couple seeking comfort will enjoy
The rooftop bar is so nice and relaxing with amazing views, spent my evenings there just soaking it in. Plus breakfast was decent enough, I mean sure it's the same every day but still solid choices for a good start.
Wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for what you get, just don't expect luxury.

Location excellent, right in the old town. The ambiance charming, especially on the rooftop with views of Santa Bárbara Castle. Breakfast outside felt wonderful, with plenty of options. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always available for questions. Room decor beautiful, clean, and functional. However, better soundproofing needed. noise from the streets was noticeable, especially at night. The small balcony overlooking the street was lovely but quite limited. Bathroom amenities could also improve. shower water ran out quickly. Overall, a lovely spot but some elements made it less than perfect.
